What I Wear as I Go about My Daily Business
I wore this outfit on the Fourth of July. Red, white, and blue is not a great every day combination, but special days call for an extra bit of flair.
My friend Sean and I were the most dressed up folks at this little get together. I kept my nametag from an event I had attended earlier in the night. I miss that pocket square.
Always classy, but virtually never too much, the winning combination of blazer and jeans is perfect for moshing.
One of my tuxedos made an appearance at my last fancy wine and cheese party.
Here I am with Melissa at a different fancy wine and cheese party. I go to a lot of these.

Black Tie Etiquette
A few months, ago, I tried to host a black tie event before 6:00. Disaster ensued. During the earthquake, we lost power, and most of my wine glasses were broken. We had to move the party to another house that had power. Instead of forty guests, I ended up with about ten.

Job Interview
Living in Humboldt County, one grows used to nobody caring about looking nice. Still, I almost fool myself sometimes, because a lot of my friends are quite fashionable, and I forget that NOBODY ELSE HERE IS.

Makin' a Blog
Hey, I made a Jacob Fashion blog! This here piece of Internet real estate will be the site of many a bad joke, articles about how I dress, and gushing rambling about awesome clothes. Expect it to change your life. I know it changed my life, and I haven't even put anything up yet. Any ideas for stuff to put on my blog should be directed to the comment section below. Ideas so far:
- Writing about the different themes that I incorporate into my style
- Poorly drawn MS Paint comics
- Complaining about not being able to afford all the clothes I want
- Photographic evidence of awesome things I find in thrift stores
- Pictures of my friends (Want to be on my fashion blog? Let me know!)
- Overt bragging
- References to obscure computer games and web comics
